They include a pearl graphic on the collar foam from the KD 4, heel graphics from both the KD 6 and KD 8, and a winged midfoot strap from the KD 7. Crushed velvet detailing is drawn from the KD 10, while the marbleized rubber outsole recalls the KD 11.
